Light green-gold to straw Pilsner, with a white wool cap, ocean foam lacing that barely sticks, into minimalist swooshes. Fresh lemon juice nose lines a white toast, with lime oil, lemongrass and tangerine pith. Clean and fresh mouth, with lemon-lime and dinner roll echoes; only now we mix in Meyer lemon and key lime in small amounts, and lightest nano-ginger and nano grapefruit. Honestly could drink this all day especially at 4.5 abv.

Golden with amber suggestions. Glows, but oddly opaque. Poached egg foam topper that recedes to reverse galactic pointillism. Juicy nose of ripe pink grapefruit, mango, pineapple and Meyer lemon, lime zest, and peach blossom. Soft sweet grapefruit and it’s spongy pith keep the entry light on carbonated clouds with silver mineral. Orange peels back to reveal hidden lemon, lime zest, and grapefruit juices. The whole suggest a cool minerality. Best enjoyed in sunny south Florida in some less infectious future. Solid session ipa. .

Red gold body with a Matisse sketched white ring and merengue peaked, sheet-lacing. Clean citrus nose exhibiting clementine and dried pineapple, Meyer lemon and a faint funky-persimmon and lotus. There is something pleasant about the naturalness of the aromatics here with dried lemon verbena and Calloway seed. Orange and tangerine eclipse the lemon on the palate and add sweet grapefruit, and a clove note that tightly binds the whole. The bitterness being mitigated by the maple was brilliant here! Makes the Dogfish 90 seem clunky in comparison. I am a fan of this manifestation. Careful crafting and a simple solution to tune aggressive hops. There is no maple flavor btw. .
