Great desert wine. Sweet on its own, but not overwhelmingly so, allowing it to pair with other sweet bites (in our case, an ice cream sandwich). — 2 years ago

Mmmmm. Smoky, earthy, rich, dense, smooth. Tea, raisins, tobacco notes, reasonably integrated structure with some heft. Nothing like a good 15 year old Aglianico with the mouthfeel and finish of a young Amarone. — 3 days ago
