A plum, vanilla and leather. High acidity, but, soft tannins. Very good tempranillo, from reliable producer. — 9 months ago
Great desert wine. Sweet on its own, but not overwhelmingly so, allowing it to pair with other sweet bites (in our case, an ice cream sandwich). — 3 years ago
solid wine, more tannic than some i’ve had. would definitely recommend. — 5 years ago
A dry sparkling that tastes of honey. Had the 2017 vintage. Drank on the couch while it stormed outside upstate with Majken & Hattie. — 6 years ago

100% Pedro Ximenez from several plots in Riofrio Alto and Cerro Macho in Montilla, aged under flor for about 8 months. Clean, precise nose with hints of rubber (surprisingly reminiscent of Riesling). Dry, mineral, citrus and melon on the palate. Good acidity — 5 years ago
Crazy big flavors. Benefits from a few mins in the fridge. — 6 years ago
Deep gold. Abundant nose of dried apples and golden raisins. Sturdy full-bodied palate echoes the nose with a hint of yellow flowers. Strikingly firm acidity from entry to finish. Has clearly held up well over the decades, and is showing graciously now. A tasty treat in its own, but really shines paired with tarte tatin. — 7 years ago
Cab franc dominated, really nice ripe fruit. None of the harsh/green vegetal notes that some cabernet franc can have. Very well done! — 7 months ago
Very nice, somewhat neutral…. — 4 years ago
