Gryphées Arbois Pupillin Trousseau 2019

Love these wines! Sadly, I think they have become very hard to get & more expensive. But they are completely outstanding. Red & black fruit. Dry earth. Pretty light tannins it could be because the little bit of bottle age. In a great place! Perfect with pork chops and summer salad : farro, butterbeans, tomatoes, and mozzarella 😋 — 4 months ago

Feminessence Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red Rhone Blend 2017

2017 vintage. Last tasted 11.16.23 (9.5). Pepper, anise/black licorice, Chambord in the nose. Add in tobacco, sea salt and the tiniest hint of ginger (along with the aforementioned nose impressions) once tasted. Medium-heavy body. Smooth and harmonious. Yes, still plenty of tannins on the journey and categorizing this as a “food wine.” For those that cultivate/love tannins, this is currently a warm bath. 5.5.24. — 7 months ago

Nuits-Saint-Georges Pinot Noir 2018

Loved the whole cluster palate presence and sheer deliciousness. Not the most complex or balanced but it is successful. — a year ago
