Astringent and out of balance, perhaps an off bottle. Bramble rhubarb and hay with green leaf notes... not typical for Nebbiolo. This wine doesn’t fall into the almost-Barbaresco Langhe wines, nor does it hit the fruit-forward Beaujolais-style Langhe wines of other producers (Elio Altare, etc). The price is right at Costco...
