Delightful. Toasted almond, brioche, nougat, and some floral yeast notes. Focused. Bubbles still dancing beautifully. Great celebratory champagne. — 3 years ago
A surprisingly good late harvest Chenin Blanc from South Africa. Impressive. Apricot, toffee, honey. Beautiful balance. Not unctuous. Rich texture and depth set off by just the right acidity. Nice stuff. — 5 years ago
Very good and light, went well with my pan fried pork chops and roasted potatoes and green beans. — 6 years ago

2025 vintage.
54 % Riesling, 37 % Gewurztraminer and 9 % Pinot Gris, Ehrenfelser and Oraniansteiner.
After the devastating winter freeze and loss of 2024 crop in Okanagan and Similkameen valleys, this vintage is a return to all British Columbia fruit. Aromatic and off-dry styled after Alsatian Edelzwicker.
Fresh and bright flavours of white peach, crisp, ripe Golden apples, ginger, lychee and lime.

This was the last of the ten wineries we visited. We were “done”. We bought a few bottles and opened the first a while later and it was SO GOOD! Better than we remembered. This BC Bordeaux (Meritage) blend of Merlot, Cab Sauv, Malbec & Cab Franc. BC was impressive. — 7 years ago

A Northern Rhône take on a Southern Rhône blend - less stewed fruit, more floral and herbal and nuance. Lovely. — 5 years ago
This is a young affordable and very enjoyable Bordeaux blend (Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon) that needs air to open up. Two hours in decanter will pay-off—crunchy red fruit, medium tannin and excellent acidity, perfect for charcuterie board or tomato sauce pizza. — 6 years ago
Domaine de Panisse CdP Noble Revelation
First off you have to know that I love! Love CdP. This is the 2012 vintage and it is hitting all the right notes...
The hue is red with a dollop of brown if you will. After a two hour aeration the smell is quite pleasant: ripe dark plum is predominant with a slight hint of dried Mediterranean spices. Balanced from beginning to mid-pallet, velvety! On the fore-pallet it feels bold and tannic with a long and savory finish.
There is a very casual non pretentious quality about this CdP which screams “drink me” after each and very sip... Enjoyed with a roasted Frenched rack of lamb and red wine reduction sauce, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes. Selection by the lovely Maria Chantal. — 6 years ago
