2021. Opened while prepping dinner. I figured this big Napa Chardonnay would pair great with the sautéed mushrooms and mushrooms tagliatelle (and it did!), but I was worried about the spicy local ‘Nduja and first farmer’s market asparagus. The wine was great with the pasta.
