Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, bell pepper, forest floor, herbs, and dark cherry. On the palate, blueberry, dark berry, cassis, pepper, spice, toasted oak, vanilla, chocolate, and a long finish. Full bodied, rich and balanced. — 2 months ago
Think it’s a little young?? Idk, very good. Think it could enrich in time. Coal, oak, smoky, but a little too red fruity on after taste. However after a glass that acidity is very nice. Maybe it just needed to open up. — 3 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed with brunch. The Trento Brut pours a light straw color with persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of yellow apple, white peach, fresh brioche, lemon curd and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Easily some of the best bubbles available for $25. Disgorged in 2024. Drink now. — a month ago
Old-school hint of barnyard funk in the nose. Not enough for any concern, and it plays nicely with tangy, zingy macerated cherry and spice. A bit of crushed stone. Rapier-like acids propel the fruit along. Tannins are very soft. (Thanks to my brother @Angelo Casagrande for the gift!) — 4 months ago
Dark ruby red coloration. On the nose, florals, dark, jammy fruit, vanilla and oak. On the palate, anise, florals, dark, jammy fruit, blackberry, black cherry, spice, chocolate and espresso. Long finish. Full bodied and heavy, velvety mouthfeel. — 3 months ago

Crowd pleaser, well made - not over the top w/oak influence, generous orchard fruit & citrus, silky palate, firm acidic backbone and all around well made. #costco — 4 days ago
