Plum and blackberry jam, with a little fig. Also some stone and earth. Moderate tannins and acidity. Good value, easy drinking. — a month ago
Thanks for picking this up for me @Scott Petrus. Pretty wine that’s still holding on to life, but on the backside of peak. Dusty violet and dark chocolate notes. — 3 months ago
2008 is lovely right now. Great balance of fruit, earth, and wood. — 2 months ago

I’m sure there’s something missing or off with this wine, but there’s not a speck of an idea what it could be. The brilliance lingers for the duration of a nice meal. — 2 months ago
Found this beauty at the winery. They had been aging it in their caves for over 50 years! I could not pass it up for the age and price. This may be the oldest wine I will ever have. But one can never say never...
It has a refined earthy smell and the fruit pops on your palate with smooth tannins and drips with elegance. A one of a kind experience. I can’t really put it in words. — 2 months ago

Excellent QPR! Great vintage and maker definitely helped, but I was very impressed with this. Well balanced with good dark cherry fruit. I would say a nice mix of Bordeaux and Napa. Paired nicely with pork loin and cheese perogies. — 18 days ago
