Château Canon

Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend 1982

Another outstanding 1982, this time from Canon. Proper claret perfume of dusty library, tobacco, show polish and red fruits. Palate was excellent- red fruits, leather, cigar wrapper and some smoke with fine grainy tannins. Makes me just want to hang out near a fireplace and enjoy this for hours — a month ago

Château Canon-la-Gaffelière

Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend 2011

So!! I think it’s a great day for wine drinking 😋🍷🍷 this is a wine to make the Comte proud. Great nose and well structured, still young because there are bucketloads of dark forest fruit. Smooth but firm tannins and a great mouthfeel. — 19 days ago

Château Moulin

Cuvée Piverts Red Bordeaux Blend

I honestly don’t understand why people are hating on this wine. To me it does have an uncharacteristic blueberry/blackberry note. It’s has an earthy/cooked button mushrooms/Forrest floor thing going on as well. I think its great, so don’t listen to the haters! — 18 days ago
