For under 10 bucks this is an amazing value. Give me a case. Raspberry for sure. Spicy. Good. — a month ago
Monthly WTF wine group meet up. Theme was “bring something good”. All wines (minus the bubbles and SB) were tasted blind.
Young, but really delicious right now. Flaunting rich oak tones up front (I guessed American Oak), dark baked berry pie, oozing blackberries and blueberries over fig and coca dusted dates. Hardly any black pepper. Kiss of spice toward the finish. I called this Ridge zin. Thanks, @Jack Thompson . — 7 days ago
70% Garnacha, 15% Syrah , 10% Tempranillo , 5% Mazuelo - a nice drinkable dark red — 16 days ago
Tasting yields strawberry, raisin, and good acidity. Cherry on the nose. Pairs well with machego and paddrone peppers — a month ago
Rich and smokey aromas of dark fruit, chocolate, vanilla, wet earth and spice. Smooth and elegant tannins that grip without being sticky and medium acidity. Long finish with notes of figs and dates, with a mineral note of bricks or brick wall at the very end. Amazing!!

More complexity and spice than typical for a solo Grenache. Reminds of a southern Italian grape in acidity and interest — 24 days ago
