Absolutely delicious with stout cheeses (aged Gruyere and aged Gouda) and seedy crackers. Couldn’t be more pleasing. Was smooth, complimentarily fragrant and balanced. Try it!

Medium-full body; medium-heavy tannins; and medium-high acidity. Rich, deep, smooth, and balanced: enjoyable and suitable for many occasions; softens up as it opens up. A 50/50 blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo.

Aug 9th, 2019Not bad. Medium body. Dark dry fruit and a decent flash of plum. On dry side. Not super memorable but good enough for the in-laws (ha!). Update: I’m going to try this again and update. Just read some eye opening things about Spanish Granacha...my first impression from this experience could have been affected by the situation I was in.
