I’m liking everything Stirm I’m drinking these days. Another great wine. — 7 months ago
Dark with a slightest of rusty-brown edge on the deep maroon center. Hint of funk. Cooked plum fruits and fresh herbal stuff. Flavors are very ‘winey’. Apple- black berry baked dessert with a hint of chocolate mint. Tannins are tongue dry. This has some character. Fleshy. Rustic. Fun. Not sure what the standard for Negrette is, but this is an interesting bottle of unfamiliar wine. — 9 months ago
Every time I have this I’m struck by the clear crisp citrus. So drinkable. Cuts through rich pasta meals like a dream. — a month ago
Pale yellow with flecks of green in the depths, light bodied, with a dry and mineral tinted nose, with hints of yellow apple, white florals, fresh cantaloupe and (according to Tiva) cardamom. Palate is light medium, dry, with apple, white stone fruit, straw, with a long mineral driven finish. — 5 months ago
Bubbly, bright, funky! Really tasty — 8 months ago
Don’t see it as often as I’d like, but I almost always pick up a Greco and always enjoy it! Florals florals florals, fresh garden, wet stones, orchard fruit - quite complex and this is best at cellar temp. Silky sensuous on palate, gorgeous body w/nice heft & balanced integrated acidity. Really strutted thru finish. Would like to revisit in 5 yrs — 7 months ago

At first I found this medium bodied, slightly creamy, with prominent stone fruits, white peach and cumquat, with a prominent minerality and slight notes of cheesecake on the nose. Now it’s emerging much more dry with air, still a long, mineral driven palate, still medium bodied, but beautifully balanced and definitely a contract to many California white wines when it comes to complexity and nuance. — a month ago
