Jancis said “a floral explosion on the palate “ and I cannot disagree. I don’t drink a lot of sweet wine without dessert but this was most enjoyable - a great accompaniment to chicken liver pate with crackers. Nose is the apogee of elegant richness. Blind I might guess god’s condrieu. A touch of honey. Gorgeous.

Palate is honey. Minerals. Some other gorgeous stuff I can’t describe. Still so elegant. Rainwater of the gods.

As this aerates the internal aromatics are nectar like. Honey made from nectarine flowers.
