Williams Selyem, 2017 Pinot, Color: deep purple and cherry red hues throughout. Nose: red cherry fruit and florals burst and subtle wet leave scent lingers. A restrained dark cherry tart taste sits nicely on the pallet; minerals and dry herbs lingering with orange peel; finishes with a nice med-long flavor of plumb vanilla giving it a creamy feel. Could definitely age more years so the tannins can integrate fully, the fruits sweeten more and the dry flavors soften. — 10 days ago

Just had to try another bottle!!Ruby with red fruit aromas and spicy herb floral notes, aged for 10 months in 40% new French oak. On the palate fresh black raspberry and cherry flavors with herb tea and earthy tones. Firm fine tannins, balanced acidity, nice mouthfeel, long finish ending with earthy mineral herb character.
