Wine smelled good right out of the bottle but had a bit of astringency on first taste. That went away with some air and decanting. This wine really showed well over a 2 hour dinner. Good fruit without being fruity or jammy and that made it easy to drink. — 5 months ago
An old favourite Pinot Noir chosen off the Wine List at Blowfish Broadbeach. Red fruits and confectionery. A lovely volume to the medium weight palate with excellent mouthfeel - supple tannins. Always enjoyable - from the Adelaide Hills. — 10 months ago

Actually Sector Red 8, not Adelaide Hills. DELICIOUS. Light but full flavor. Let aerate, swirl around. Serve chilled. Good on day 2. — 8 months ago

Traditional Bordeaux-Style blend. Very dark ruby color with slight hints of purple. Savory aromas of earth, baking spices, herbs and black cherries. Ripe plum and black cherry flavors with additional hints of baking spices, tobacco and dried herbs. Pleasant creamy vanilla oak note on the long finish. Dusty tannins and well balanced. Opulent, complex and still quite fresh for a ten year old wine. — a month ago
