All whole bunch, 88 days on skin, 7 months in neutral barrel. Black olive, black pepper, roasted meat, forest floor. Blueberry and black plum. Celery salt and violets. Medium plus acid and body. Medium alcohol. Medium, very silky tannins. Concentrated black cherry and blueberry. Fresh. Long finish.
