YBM are more known for great whites. But this is everything you want from a Cote de Beaune red. Red fruit dominates, just a hint of wild bramble. nose is a little quiet. starts like baked apple shifting to lean, crisp granny smith. medium + acid. bio-d, native yeast, unfined/unfiltered. said to all come from villages level Meursault. killer value. minimal sulfur added at bottling. — 3 years ago
