Just because it's 25 degrees outside doesn't mean that I cannot enjoy a good glass of port 🔥
Already starting to develop some amber colors and complexity but still has a well defined core of primary fruit. Killer nose of wet cardboard and autumn leaves. I'm now going to sink deep into this bottle 🍷😂 happy weekend everybody — 10 days ago
Very rich fruit flavors. A great ending wine at last night’s wine tasting. — 16 days ago
Smoky, savoury, and spicy nose, some oak and a leesy sulphidic note. On the palate mainly citrus but a little riper verging on to stone fruit. One of David Bicknell’s lesser Cuvées which I thought would be lean but not so. Coming together at 6 years of age. Drinking really well from one of Australia’s best Chardonnay exponents. — 3 days ago
Great value! Bright red fruit, well balanced, long satisfying finish. — 17 days ago
Elegantly aged, well balanced (not sweet). — 23 days ago
Beautiful aromatics, with kirsch & candied fruit, a bushel of spice, nutty notes. Incredibly fresh and pure though.
Smooth on the palate, with a touch of tannic grip, amazing fresh, juicy acidity and still the presence of fruit, after 44y, amazing.
Truly stunning! — 23 days ago
