Deep Ruby with classic aromas of sweet berry fruits with slight spice. On the palate flavors of dark plum and black cherry with nutty cacao and black pepper notes. Long finish, dry soft tannins, well balanced with acidity ending with sweet mineral tones. Great to drink now. — a month ago
My last bottle of this excellent Oakridge 864 Chardonnay. See previous Delectable notes. Great citric intensity on nose and palate. Oak is totally integrated - just a faint vanilla note. My previous note in May 2021 said lacking mid palate fruit but this has filled out nicely - it just needed another year. — 7 days ago
No formal notes but loved this savoury spicy Northern Rhone style showing Cured Meats, Bacon and Charcuterie - smoky. Judicious use of whole bunch in the ferment. Medium weight with a little dry red fruits but essentially a savoury earthy driven wine. Ridiculous value at $19 per bottle. — 3 days ago
Not overly familiar with the producer apart from the fact that Kate McIntyre MW is part of this family owned winery, but I love the district in the Mornington Peninsula as excellent for Pinot Noir Chardonnay and Shiraz. Pale to mid Ruby in colour. Dried cherry on the nose, toasty oak, with decayed plant matter. Great palate intensity. A good Pinot with several years in front of it. — 2 days ago
Fantastic vintage, raspberry and spice followed by vanilla. So good.

Very good. Intense, rich and complex on the palate with exuberant savoury flavours and a long finish. — 13 days ago
