Lemon, peach, wet stones, white pepper. Yum! — 7 months ago
Nicely evolved nose with dark fruit, some hibiscus aroma, a dark earthy undertone. But also quite fresh, with a black pepper note. Enticing & pure.
Medium bodied on the palate, with bright cherry acidity, a hint of dark plum, very fine, juicy tannins. Fresh with great precisions & purity, nice depth. Plus a very long finish with a spicy ending.
So nice! A fine fruity savoury beauty. — 10 months ago
Equinox, pushed by staff. Not 55/13. $35 auf $95. Solid, straewberry, pepper, slate — 5 months ago
Very light nose of caramel, vanilla and gasoline(?). It’s much stronger on the palette with caramel, charcoal, tobacco, acetone, chocolate. The finish has an odd acidic/metallic note that isn’t very pleasant and lingers forever. Not as spicy as other ryes I’ve had. It’s very complex and interesting, changing multiple times over my 20 min tasting. I really like it. — 5 months ago
Delicious. Vivacious. Good crisp and acidic but overwhelming fruit in a good way. — 7 months ago
