Very reasonable and yet ...satisfying. — 25 days ago
Bitter grapefruit and crushed granite. I expected more acid, but this has such superb density and minerals in spades, it almost doesn’t need it. At first I thought the palate was a little flat, but remarkably, stone fruit and tropical fruit aromas emerged and the wine revealed a new dimension after being open for about 48 hours. Acidic, lemony, floral, refreshingly tangy white that was perfect with the shrimp at dinner. — a month ago

Let me first say this wine is very versatile to have with different global dishes. In summertime, I will BBQ BC halibut and Spot Prawns and in the winter time we will have Nabe (Japanese hot pot) with Dashi stock and lots of vegetables.
It has a brilliant straw colour with greenish hints.
On the nose white flowers with citrus and beeswax. Taste wise, golden Delicious apples, acacia honey, creamy lemon curd , minerality to last for days and a raw green almond finish. The best part is this wine can age 5-10 years and grow more complex. Old vines Verdicchio flies below the radar. — 2 months ago
Love this! No decant (imho it doesn’t need it). This is everything you want. Balanced fruit and acid. Served with bbq ribeye (the rub with brown sugar and ground coffee is what brought these together). Second night sautéed chicken with rosemary and a pesto pasta was also perfect. Love this!
