Wow! Awesome bottle/wine! Lovely gold color. Butter, minerals, Meyer lemons, camomile, and melons on the nose. Same on the palate with a refined texture and massive depth. Super complex wine that could go toe to toe with high-end White Burgs!! Prime drinking age, sad it’s my last of this vintage.

Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, toasty vanilla and baking spice scents. On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach & lemon citrus, well balanced with acidity on nice mouthfeel. Long finish ending with toasty mineral and spice notes, will continue to age well. A Great Chardonnay. Pair this with a Halibut drizzled with a Beurre Blanc sauce. — 13 days ago
