I recently learned about these wines. I purchased several bottles from the area, I like this one the best! I will be buying more. — 2 months ago

A beauty from the father of Garageist wine in israel. Fresh and approachable. Probably not one to age - but drinking nicely — 6 months ago

Same comments as before. Went very well with Putanesca pasta. — 3 years ago

Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon

Mâcon-Milly-Lamartine Chardonnay 2020

Lovely Macon with serious more northern Bourgogne Blanc ambitions. Buttery lactic notes, ripe lemons, fresh acidity and mineral backbone; a well balanced wine nicely coming together at the moment. From magnum and paired with a dish of gray shrimps filled Jerusalem artichokes. — a month ago

Domaine Serene

Jerusalem Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir 2007

Drank with monster 2 lb pork chop at the Camp on Memorial Day with the O’Neill’s. Cork was moist but wine was very good. Some spice, earthiness, blueberry fruit. — 9 months ago

Zwebner Estate Vineyard

35.6.18 Judean Mountains Red Blend 2017

Zwebner Estate Vineyard Judean Mountains 35.6.18 Red 2017, Bethlehem

#KosherWineSunday

Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with cherries, black plums, currants, raspberries, light oak, spices, chocolates, licorice, coffee, tobacco leaf, herbs, earth, peppercorn and black tea.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This 6 year old red blend from the Judean Mountains in Israel, is showing nice complexity with a soft mouthfeel. Elegant and spicy.

Fruit forward right out of the bottle, and even better after an hour of airtime.

This Single Vineyard is good by itself or with food. A great sipping wine.

I Had the 2015 a few years ago, and it is very consistent. Delicious stuff.

A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Kosher.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

$50.

Red Rhone Blend 2018

Good Carignan-Syrah blend. A nice Kosher wine but not a wine that is as age-worthy as I had originally believed. Strong astringency from the Carignan and earthiness from the Syrah. — 5 months ago
