I love 21 N Rhone. 12% alcohol here. Olives, game, smoke and flowers on the nose. Juicy, elegant palate with terrific length, purity and all red fruited and mixed with minerals and herbs. So fresh and energetic. Awesome. After around 20 hours this is crazy good. More depth and concentration. Awesome fruit. 9.3 to 9.4. — a month ago

Best, most accessible young version of this. Glorious aromas of game, wild olives, pungent violets and stunning blankberry fruit and flower. The nose is out of this world. 9.7 nose. Smells like Cornas via Chambolle. Wow. Palate is so juicy, nimble and elegant with excellent red fruited goodness. Wow the freshness and acidity are so present. Grainy but well formulated tannins. So linear. Finishes very mineral. So classic. The tannins are so elegant and rest on on one’s lower cheeks/jaw. Blown away. So supple yet so classic. — a month ago
