A little funky and barnyardy, in a good way. Good hard cherry fruit and some nice minerality in the mouth. No tannin. Gulpable.

How have I never had this before! Black olives, pepper and licorice floating on Kirsch. Going back for more

Honest and straightforward. Nice ripe cherry/plummy fruit, with a light stony minerality behind it. Fruit has wonderful purity and focus. Light on its feet (carbonic) and a joy to wash down weeknight dinners.

Super floral and juicy. A great wine for any Gamay lover. Violets, wild plums, bramble, cracked pepper, crushed granite, herbs, licorice. A decent spice note to it. Rhône undertones throughout. Such a cool wine.

This is such an aromatically pretty Gamay, with floral, redfruits and some faint violets as well, great balance, soft tannins, just a slight chalky note in the end palate that leads to a lovely, lingering finish, I guess this is what Gamay tastes like when made by an excellent Cote Rotie producer!!

Ripe Gamay fruit, not much minerality yet, medium-bodied, very clean with a medium-long finish.
