Delicious wine. Smooth and light for a Malbec. More like a full bodied Pinot. Delicious. — a month ago
First tried about a year ago. A blend of 72% Cab Sauv, 27% Merlot and 1% Cab Franc, deep Ruby with aromas of black fruit and floral aromas. On the palate blackberry, currant and plum flavors with cacao and oak notes. Fine grainy tannins, medium+ finish, good balance ending with fruit, earthy herbs and cedar notes. — 6 days ago
Great Pinot noir. — 10 days ago
2005. Portobello, loamy soil, blackberry, black cherry, violets, oyster shell, black peppercorn, grilled beef on the nose. Black and red currant, slight grapiness, cedar bark, pencil, black olive, wheat toast, fine tabac, clove, red cherry. Pointy in places, but really holding together in terms of age.

Rather surprised at this amazing Chilean Pinot. Nuanced and very much what you’d expect from fine Pinot. — 3 days ago

Pop and pour. On the nose: black cherry, currant, oaky vanilla, anise, pencil lead. Taste: Schrader dense/rich, smooth wine with black fruit, currants, spice, oak, fig and a plumy cedar medium plus finish. Not a CCS or RBS, but I would not dump and spit! Cheers! — 7 days ago
