Lovely Thivin. So clearly Beaujolais from the nose which carries through the palate. Decanted 6 hours which I’d suggest at this stage. Was an excellent bottle but showed older than I think a 99 should have so I wonder about how it was stored - maybe a passive cellar that had some temperature variation?
