Read the hype, bought the bargain, drank it alone like a responsible adult. Too bad the 2021 is too young and tight-wound at first, but on day three it exhaled and pulled me completely inward. Magnetic. I am sold. Deep and complex, there are too many layers to name, but i immensely enjoy the fruit’s push against the savory pull. Quietly persuasive rather than flashy. — 7 months ago

Wasn't able to identify the grapes but man, this is a good white. Pleasant and complex. Baked custard, marmalade, and saline minerality. Then lively and juicy on the finish like biting into a fresh pear, complete with the little hint of pear skin tannin. — 2 years ago

Drinks well above its price point, fruity; strawberry, melon—but dry and luscious, bought half a case, wish I had purchased a full case—great summer rose — 5 years ago
This is definitely an extra dry. The champagne starts dry and finishes dry. In between there is nice green apple. A very nice drinking champagne!!! — 6 years ago
2018 vintage. A blend of Merlot (65%), Cabernet Franc (20%), and Cabernet Sauvignon from diverse vineyards in Saint-Emilion and Côtes de Castillon owned by the Perse family. Aged for 15 months in used barrels from Pavie and Monbousquet. A solid, bold wine, ready to drink, with good fruit and some of the chalkiness that I associate with Castillon. Abv. 14,5%. — 7 months ago

+2 hour decant(loads of sediment). A splendid dark crimson color. On the nose: Intense notes of stewed ripe red fruit, clove, soy sauce, pencil lead, meat. Taste: silky, rich, hedonistic style with some plum/blackberry, licorice, mineral, graphite, soil, and a spiced earthy medium plus dry finish. Enjoyed it more 3 years ago as the opulent fruit fades with this very extracted wine. — 9 days ago
