Domaine Vincent & Sophie Morey Santenay Les Hates shows a Ruby color with aromas of ripe dark fruits and smoky notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and currants with tobacco and spice. Fine dusty tannins, long finish ending with fruit, tobacco and sweet spice. Drinking well now, will improve. Small case import. — 3 years ago

2022/5/14 with poached pork tenderloin, etc. There’s a gentle creaminess developing alongside the lemon tart and smokier notes. On the palate, there’s good acid to start, along with a savory, salty character - the impression shifts more alkaline towards the finish. Oak is present but soft. — 3 years ago
