2021 was a cooler finesse year in CdP and it shows with this wine. Savory nose: charcuterie, dried plums and fig. It doesn’t drink hot, plenty of snappy acidity, some spicy notes, wild cherry and grippy tannins on the finish. I’ll be seeking out more 2021 CdPs based on this one. #châteauneufdupape — 19 days ago

Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, nutty and flinty scents. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and orange citrus, cinnamon notes, well balanced with acidity. Medium+ finish ending with nutty toasty spice, mineral and citrus notes. Great now! — 9 months ago
