Surprised it’s been over four years since I last tasted this vintage. And hasn’t it developed! Much more towards savoury and charcuterie flavours now, although some dark cherry remains. Slightly drying finish, faintly reminiscent of cocoa. It’s certainly much softer and mature than I recall, moving into its autumnal phase. Drink soon, I’d say. — 9 months ago
Yummy juicy gimme! Tastes like all the things good with funky juicy bubbly wine. — a year ago
Dark cherry, violets, and wood spice. Goos sour grip. Excellent balance. Good mid palate weight but not overblown like some Otago pinots — 10 months ago
2015 vintage, likely the very best vintage made from this property. — a year ago
Soft, plush dark fruit balanced with mild pepper and leather. Initially, I had Malbec vibes, but wonderful Cab that leaves you intrigued and wanting more. — 9 months ago
Not shy, this one. An upfront riot of aromas and flavour, with citrus, mandarin, nougat and oak influence with good weight and a luscious texture. — 10 months ago
