Bone dry sour sop killer acid n chew — a month ago
Ah Sobon Zin. The good stuff. This has some lovely cherry and berry aromas. With a bit of cut wood and nice smelling pipes. Flavor a a hint hot with a brandy/port streak, but that doesn’t detract from things because the fruit and zip is also there. Plenty to chew on and savor. This is jammy, classic foothills stuff. Full flavored and robust. Quite tasty too. — 2 months ago
If one was to open a bag of Scooby-Doo fruit snacks in the middle of a barn.
If one was to sit down with said opened bag of fruit snacks, grab a light blue Scooby and slowly chew.
Taking in all the scents a barn can offer. — 3 months ago

Great moment of pleasure with this Morgon 2013 still alive, and superbly advanced. Aerial notes of dried flowers, rose, peony, fresh strawberry, and pretty evolution notes, truffle, it pinote! The final is permanent, on fleshy tannins with a lot of chew.
— a month ago

Hello. Have we met before??? This is love at first sight, first taste. Incredible complexity and depth with lingering intensity. Near perfect structure and feel. I’m super into the game-y dried meats underlying overtones of blackberry fruit, raspberry jam, and brilliant iris and violet nose. I can almost chew it and I wish I could. — 2 months ago
Very peculiar nose (I would never have placed it in medoc) with red fruits, a bit of toast, almond, tobacco. I would have placed it in Italy blind, wow! The palate is very well made but again nothing like something you would expect from a rive gauche wine. It's rather thin and very much acid driven, you could almost chew it. Raspberries, red currant, before a mid palate with a nice tannins layer that dries up with a dusty touch. Nice finish with the same red berries and that drying effect. Unexpected Bordeaux in a very nice style. You cannot feel the barrel aging at all, I like it very much — 2 months ago
Vanilla, cardamom, on the nose, slightly astringent, big and meaty. Has a little apple hi-chew if you get it around your tongue. — 3 months ago
