Earthy aroma reminiscent of NZ Pinot Noir, but with a lush strawberry palate more akin to French Viognier. Light color and body kept interesting with a slight tannin bite. Delicious on the the first day. Presented some slight barley notes on the second day after sitting in a decanter.

Less “in-your-face” than my last bottle. Strawberry and tomato leaf on the nose. The palate on this bottle seems to be less evolved than the last—fruit is there, but so are the tannins. This particular bottle probably could have benefitted from some time in the cellar. This is very serious Beaujolais and has now become a wine/producer I will look forward to seeking out each year.

Stellar Bojo—overdelivers for its price. Bright and crunchy red fruit, high acid, and persistent minerality. I had this on its own but I think with the right food it would be even better.

Amazing how much there is left to discover. Chenas, so under the radar, is on par with the best of Beaujolais.

This is exceedingly well balanced, complexed - full bodied but feminine. Aromas exude youth - fresh berries and perfumed flowers. Little bit of orange and raspberry - good chew and acid with velvety plush. Zero tannin nod to Guy Breton - every bit as good.
