Limpid, green-hued straw. Taut and sharply focused on the nose, displaying vibrant citrus zest, quince and floral scents and a chalky mineral overtone. Dry and nervy on the palate, offering juicy lemon, green apple and honeysuckle flavors and a spicy touch of ginger. Displays firm tension and spicy cut on the finish, which hangs on with strong, mineral-driven tenacity. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, June 2021)

Absolutely slaying. So floral! Beautiful minerality & delicious acid. — a month ago
Shimmering orange-pink. Pungent cherry and red berry scents take on floral and spice nuances with air. Shows silky texture and good depth to the zesty red currant and bitter cherry flavors, which turn sweeter through the midpalate. Smoothly blends heft and energy and finishes long and nervy, with a hint of bitter orange pith adding final bite. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, June 2021)

H is for Hondarrabi Beltza! Lots of herbal aromas and a slight smokiness, very balanced acid with big blackberry fruit flavors and smooth tannins. — a month ago

Fine rosé. Dry, fresh w a little tannin structure. Have to search deep for Txako character, though. — 6 hours ago
