This wine has bright acidity, notes of citrus, green apples, yellow pears and white flowers. Which went very
well with the grill fennel with mustard seeds sauce and prosciutto, sweet potatoes, portobella mushrooms and skirt steak which was season with just salt, pepper and some mustard seeds. This wine is very well structured and the flavors are intense with earthy and mineral driving finish which went great side by side the stake. — 8 days ago

Wow, an absolutely glorious btl of wine. On the.nose: soft cola, blueberry, wild strawberry, a hint of young coconut, fantastic spice, freshly cut savory herbs...stunning nose. On the palate: fantastic acidity, crushed herbs, wild strawberry, crushed seeds, spice...soft tannin on the fantastically elegant finish. Young, but so much complexity and elegance. Unbelievably good. — 10 days ago

Nose has ripe blackberry, ripe raspberry, crushed black cherry, wet leather, crushed sandstone or old terracotta pots and end of season rose.
Palate has ripe cherry, dehydrated cranberry, ripe raspberry, dried blueberries, dried tart cherry with fine tannins and a long finish.
1500ml, why open two bottles when one will do? Decanted 4H, much more time appreciated. We love how slowly this format ages, it's like one-half speed. 👍
Solid pairing tonight with 'Georgian Chicken'; (local) chicken thighs with dry rub, seared in cast iron then simmered/baked in a walnut/cilantro/serrano/tomato paste sauce, finished with pomegranate seeds & pomegranate vinegar drizzle. — 5 days ago
