Straw gold with ample refined bubbles and lots of energy. Grew its power with air in the glass. In a great spot, and destined to last a long time. Notes of citrus, pear, stone and a little pineapple. Nice acidity. A step above the 2004 Krug next to it.

Lovely balance. Intense But focused. A slightly sour note in the end of the palate?

Sweet. Pretty. Bright lifted fruit and a spine of stone. Long and very good. After an hour this was getting better. Great stuff

This is wonderful. Beautifully balanced- bready, soft citrus fruit, white peach. Amazing focus and penetration with a soft sweetness. Delicious

Yes, some light shellfish and steel on the nose. Gorgeous balance. Lemon oil, refreshing with good length and lovely gentle sweetness at the end

November’s 4th Friday was a big hit. There is no way I’ll be able to upload all the wines, nor give them the reviews they deserve, but there were a few worthy of mentioning!

Wow! A stunner at this age, just as good as the ‘03 right now but with more in reserve. Powerful. Floral aromatics with a streak of yeast down the middle. Great mousse and extremely energetic on the palate. Lightly buttered English biscuits, powdered lemon bar, classic crushed limestone with warm fruits like golden delicious apples. Just beginning to open. Thanks

A gorgeous Dom that has balance and intensity in equal measure. It's going to be a keeper. Great structure and complexity that will only get better over time.
