An excellent small grower/producer from #Avize whose wines are consistently fine quality and very appealing. "Terroirs" is presumably a blend of fruit sourced from various sites that express various terroirs, and this lovely #BlancdeBlancs shows wonderful complexity. Like a liquid Montrachet, this fuses power, depth, length and terroir. It is not even close to its apex, however plenty enjoyable now. The only issue is to me it needs to round out a little more and integrate a little more. Decant if you open now, the dimension on this is extraordinary. Yeah it’s just so damn layered and delicious, big punch of acidity but that extroverted fruit and I assume decent dosage to round things out - makes it a pairing ace. It is so enjoyable even as it completely loses all bubbles and comes to room temp in the glass, which is the mark of a great 🍾 IMHO.
