Do you like oranges? Fun start but I think I rather have the regular Bandol with some age.

Deep red forest fruits, silky smooth tannins and hints of creamy chocolate, dried rosemary, rich, luscious, drinking beautifully after 14 yrs of ageing. 100% Mavrud, a Bulgarian native grape linked to Mourvèdre. #bulgarian #bandol ! — 7 years ago
Eggshell, iodine, guava-tangerine,golden apple, heirloom carrot, lemon-lime backnotes, carnations, daisies, meatiness of roast beef bordering on bresaola; strawberry blossoms. Lemon and almost ripe, wild strawberry meet the lemon lime on brick and chalkboard, grapefruit, white cranberry and tangerine. Pithy finish knocks you over as citrus slices through cleanly, and outlines you in chalk! Delicious and refreshing in all ways. #bandol #bandolrosé #rose #ChateaudePibarnon #bandolmakesthebestrosewinesintheworld #pinkwine #pinkstuff #pink #roserumble #rosebouquet #southernfrance — 6 years ago

Isn’t #bandol one of the most reliably fantastic appellations in France? This is delicious, one of those interesting wines that sits back introverted on the nose, touch of strawberries, faint garrigue aromas but palate overdelivers with serious weight, details of watermelon, strawberry, spicy garrigue with some bitter blood orange pith on the juicy finish. The ripeness is still nicely balanced. What a major upgrade to Provençal rosé! — 14 days ago
