“I love the palate on it.. everything else is weird.” A buddy who isn’t used to natural wine said after trying this. Ha. The nose is super oxidative, almost like apple cider and mulling spices. Anise, brown sugar, persimmon. The palate is where it comes alive however - high acid, guava, passion fruit, and more mulling spices. Lovely finish. Not for the faint of heart as this is funky as all get out. But really cool natural producer. — 7 years ago

Really liked this. Out of the Shenandoah Valley in VA. 90% Cab franc, 4% syrah, 3% petite manseng, and even 3% Riesling. Will buy more of their juice. — 6 years ago
