$53 at Atlantic in Savannah. Very intense, funky, weird. Big fans! Makes us want to go to the Alps — 6 years ago
“I love the palate on it.. everything else is weird.” A buddy who isn’t used to natural wine said after trying this. Ha. The nose is super oxidative, almost like apple cider and mulling spices. Anise, brown sugar, persimmon. The palate is where it comes alive however - high acid, guava, passion fruit, and more mulling spices. Lovely finish. Not for the faint of heart as this is funky as all get out. But really cool natural producer. — 8 years ago
A nice tan on a white wine, not orange, obscure or weird, but energetic and glowing. Super drinkable. — 9 years ago
Wow, this is delicious!! Layered, juicy and wonderfully lively with loads of cherry and currant and hints of sage and tobacco....fighting fit and vibrant!!! Damn! Nothing like perfect cellaring 😘 One of the better wines I have had in a while and totally unique...damn good!! Weird that some folks have given it lower scores....I really like it. — 9 years ago
Fruity but just weird enough. Ten Bells #2. Our half-ly Josh outing. — 10 years ago
Really good and weird - you want an ‘interesting red’ hooo boy — 6 years ago
Really liked this. Out of the Shenandoah Valley in VA. 90% Cab franc, 4% syrah, 3% petite manseng, and even 3% Riesling. Will buy more of their juice. — 6 years ago

Nose was awful like crushed up medicine. But it was cool to drink. Woke up with a weird headache? From this? ?? — 9 years ago
Paddock in the summer w/ a bunch of sweaty horses, Tim from work's cool quenching tomato juice, beets in balsamic on the BBQ. The kinda weird off summer things. 🍅🐎👅 — 9 years ago
Wild boar soppressata on the nose, milk chocolate and rose petal. A lot of weird sediment in the decanter. Medium acidity, dried plum, acorn. Good and not even Burgundy — 9 years ago
Sweet sherry nose
Tangy apple tongue, med bodies
Sweetness mellows out to a citrusy, orange blossom after
Deliciously weird and unexpectedly refreshing; I want to drink it! — 6 years ago

Funky, weird and wonderful with my best friend in Canada to celebrate the end of our trip. Good times. — 8 years ago
Weird wild wild wild wonderful — 9 years ago
2009 vintage. Weird to read on how two reviews are waxing about this wine. I found it to be a very shallow experience. Little weight, faint nose, burn ok. Nothing wrong with the wine but not a great echezeaux. — 9 years ago
A weird wine special. A nose like Moscato D'Asti, and a palate that's totally funkified. Completely unique. — 10 years ago

PnP. Dark red color with subtle bricking. Seems modestly over the hill on the nose and palate. Could be in a weird spot. Lacked fruit and depth. Still very enjoyable. — 3 months ago
