“I love the palate on it.. everything else is weird.” A buddy who isn’t used to natural wine said after trying this. Ha. The nose is super oxidative, almost like apple cider and mulling spices. Anise, brown sugar, persimmon. The palate is where it comes alive however - high acid, guava, passion fruit, and more mulling spices. Lovely finish.
