A ridiculously stunning Pinot Blanc and the leanest, most tensile vintage I have tasted from Adank. The nose is pure and beautifully articulated, with apples, pears and subtle mineral complexity. The palate is breathtaking, with crystalline purity, unbelievable concentration and density, nervous acidity and monumental linear architecture. It has the structural authority of a great twenty-year-old Pinot Blanc, yet remains so juicy, elegant and alive that it practically dances across the palate. Mouthwatering, deeply sapid and driven entirely by finesse, with a finish that lasts nearly a minute and a half. One of the greatest Pinot Blancs I have ever tasted. — 16 days ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed as we prepped for dinner. The 2024 pours a pale straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with insane white florals, slightly underripe Bosc pear, stone fruits, lemon peel, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is soft, silky and mineral driven. Really compelling stuff. Drink now through 2034? (2020)Unreal nose, so salty, so briochey, so good. Unreal depth, so complex and serene. Salty and creamy, so and so dry and has to be zero dosage. Reserve wines and mostly 2020. 2 years on yeast. Unreal mousse. 1.4 dosage. Extra Brut. Sapid, so elegant and just crazy bubbles. saline and salty and also brown butter. Stunningly pure. Made in the evacuation bunker of WWII. So fine. So great.
