Medium light garnet with wide light garnet rim . This is quite open and delicate on the nose , touches of rose , cranberry , raspberry and sweet strawberry , very pretty and precise . Some spice and earthy hints underneath . On the palate this is quite sappy with fine tannins and balanced acidity. Red cherry and raspberry fruits , floral and well balanced , quite delicate but certainly with enough intensity on the palate and a silky mouthfeel . This still comes across as quite fruit driven and very refined and balanced , with good freshness . Long red fruit driven finish , just some hints of earthiness , mineral underneath . Vibrant and bright . Drinking well but still with time to go , now and over the next 5 years or so . This doesn’t grow with time in the glass as much as the Richebourg , but still showed well over the 2 hours we had it open. — 22 days ago
Buttery California -style Chardonnay but from Oregon. Very enjoyable with refreshing fruit and lots of vanilla. An excellent example of this New World style of Chardonnay. — 10 months ago
