2007 vintage.
Dried Bing and Lapin cherries on the nose with hints of fig.
Plums, dark cherries, tobacco, sandalwood and dried roses.
Smooth well developed tannins combining well with persistent, yet still mouth watering acidity.
Such a gentle, smooth and refined finish.
It hurts me to say this is my last bottle. — 21 days ago
This 2019 has subtle aromas with olives and herbs on initial palate. Figgy with tart and dried cherries. Solid, not spectacular — 4 days ago
Wine is dark ruby, with purplish on the edge. On nose its ripe fruit, floral parfumed, oak in there, violets, tobacco. On palate, wine is full bodied, jammy, fine acidity, tannic, wine is open up after 1 hour decant. The intensity is there. Its still too young to drink. Try it after 2026. Red bordeaux blend, Cheers! — 7 days ago
Dark ruby color. Nose is floral, rose, red fruit and some strong cedar. High acid, astringent and tannic upon opening. Better after 2 hours of air. Pepper, tart dark fruit. This will improve with age. — 25 days ago
Second wine still quite young, decant for sure and purple fruit comes alive in the glass. Robust acidity, spice on finish along with fine tannins. #toscana — a month ago
