Much more mineral driven than your typical sauv blanc, very easy to drink though, with a more golden color, with hints of green to the edges. Medium bodied, bigger than your typical, dry, with prominent cantaloupe and honeydew melon flavors, maybe even a little underripe peach, with a long mineral driven finish with hints of grassy hay and even some ripe lime. Venica & Venica L’Adelchi Ribolla Gialla 2021: Medium-body. Lively acidity. Fresh & delicate fruit notes of pear, green apple, melon, citrus & peach. Great minerality and a long fruity finish. All in all, a well balanced and very likable/approachable wine. It was an elegant, pure expression of the Ribolla Gialla grape which resulted in a great quality wine.
