Wine of the night. Big bold and excellent pairing with duck and morels. Nice concentration but balanced with some fruit and not syrupy. Had some lift and life to it without being too dense. Nice finish — 7 months ago
An outstanding bottle similar to the previous times I have had it. 3 hour slow ox and then decanted at dinner. Went brilliantly with white truffles! Had the Caprili with the veal and the body may have suited the veal but the Soldera was the WOTN — a month ago
Perfect buttery but balanced Chardonnay. Just everything there should be in a top quality Chardonnay. — 4 months ago

Bulgarian wine amarone style. Dark purple (though dark out) dark fruit with hint of plum prune and cinnamon. Same on mouth with tannins that need some time. Long. Very good. May be my first Bulgarian wine. Definitely first with grape drying. — 5 months ago
