Bulgarian wine amarone style. Dark purple (though dark out) dark fruit with hint of plum prune and cinnamon. Same on mouth with tannins that need some time. Long. Very good. May be my first Bulgarian wine. Definitely first with grape drying. — a year ago
WTSO. Pop and pour -no nose not much on the mouth. Opened another bottle. Came back to it 1 hr later and drank with Al watching Dallas destroy Celtics. Wow..came alive. Red fruit tart on nose rose petals. Great cherry acid taste. Hint oak and tobacco. Delicious. Very subtle tannins. Only 1 bottle left. — a year ago
First red of night and paired nicely with cheese. Tobacco cherry dominate with earthy truffle overtones. Complex. Very nice smooth tannins almost unnoticeable. — a year ago
