Nose has primary notes of vanilla and baking spice. Hints of cedar and mushroom, almost with some mint-like freshness at the end and very little fruit. The palate is round with medium to medium high tannin and medium acidity. Vanilla notes continue on the palate with some caramel and some dried tart cherry and leather. Good value and would pair with hearty Italian / earthy mushroom dishes. Adam likes :)
