Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2023 pours a straw color with a watery rim; medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of dried apricot, cantaloupe, yellow flowers, match stick and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose the finish is medium. Charming stuff. Drink now. — 3 days ago
Always love the wines from Ragnaie and this is no exception. Needs an hour or so of air to come into balance - but once it does, really nice fruit with good refreshing acid on the finish with some somewhat rustic tannins. Nice wine. — 4 days ago
2019 vintage. Decanted but should have done so on Monday (it’s Friday!!!!). Tannins for days with only a slight amount of rich fruit on the finish. 11.21.25. — a month ago
Great orange wine by master Stanislao Radikon - varietal: Tocai Friulano. - saline, herbal, minerals, citrus, mango. Robust full bodied. Went well with fully seasoned quality Thanksgiving turkey and tasty sides. — a month ago
