No formal notes . Medium garnet Ruby. Quite floral still , light red fruits, cherry . Sweet fruits on the palate but quite tannic still , with refreshing and bright acidity . Quite a big wine on the palate , with darker fruits. Intense with good length . Starting to drink well from now , and over the next 10 years I would imagine — 2 months ago

The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Crémant du Jura BBF blends base wines from the 2018 and 2019 vintages. A single-varietal Chardonnay, it showcases intense oyster shell, ripe apple and pear as well as subtle brioche complexities. An incredibly powerful, oxidative wine from Jura. The intensely nutty, salty, oily, honied flavors were magical with the “Pastured chicken, preserved lemon, garlic confit” dish which tasted braised and white-saucey.

Very good blend of 40% Trousseau, 15% Poulsard, 45% Pinot Noir. Similar to a full red burg Pinot. A little more funk and acidity. Cherry and dried cranberries, light body. Had it 2 nights in a row, with eggplant parm and salad. — 2 months ago
