Bent Water Brewing G.O.A.T. Premium lager
Rose Gold half opacity with a snowy bucket. Arched lacings eyebrow bullseyes in rushing tribute salutes hash marks and laurels. Nose shows yeasty citrus shimmers deep reed echoes and Indian gum as well as flaky croissant. Bold and generous palate with real resonance, astounds on entry. Toasty sesame, toasty toast and tasty, yeasty blood orange and round citrus echo the rhino-impressions. The finish smacks of the lightest oak. Solid.
I see a future KC collab with Brady and Mahomes. A double Bock perhaps? I know,; sacrilege.

Nice drop with a charcuterie and the New England Patriots game!! Big bold Pinot Noir full of flavor. Delicious wine, enjoy! — 2 years ago
Pre-season Patriots football and Pineau d’Aunis: a winning combination. This wine has lots of character. Nose is intense, peppery, lots of crunchy dark berries and pulverized rock dust. Vigorous in the mouth, with a very youthful feel and some chalky, fine-grained tannin puckering the palate. Really nice now and could soften up nicely over the next couple of years. — 5 years ago

Day 3 notes this time (after closure under a vacuum seal). This is arguably better than it was on night 1. Made from a certain percentage of partially dried grapes, as I understand it. The dried cherry notes sing through. Also Alpine dried twigs and flowers. Elegant and persistent in the mouth. Excellent acids. Since the Patriots aren’t doing well, I’ve turned off the Super Bowl and have put on what I think may be my favorite piece of music: Shostakovich’s Preludes & Fugues, Op. 87, for piano. Listening to Sofia Sacco’s 2025 recording. Wonderful, but I’m not sure it hits me quite like Keith Jarrett’s 1992 rendition, which transports me somewhere else. — 25 days ago
