The V.2022 Esprit de Tablas is the flagship red blend of 40% Mourvèdre, 28% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 4% Vaccarèse, 3% Cinsaut and 3% Counoise selected from the top 6-estate-grown varieties propagated from budwood cuttings from the Château de Beaucastel Estate in Rhône, France.
An absolute crowd-pleaser in all aspects; the nose welcomes aromatic dark red fruits, black forrest, earthy and spices. As for the palate, it is rich and bold, yet fruit-forward slightly juicy with a hint of licorice, minty and lushy. Great acidity and structure with progressive tannins towards the back-end. Loved the texture and some sweet spices by the very end. — 2 months ago
[63% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc, 14% Picpoul, 3% Picardan] This is wonderfully floral, wildflowers, mineral, and white stonefruits, very crisp and refreshing, as well as quite youthful, the Picpoul assures lots of acidity, balanced, long finish, this seems built to go at least 10 years from the vintage, excellent!! — 13 days ago
This was some great Grenache! In fact, this, to me, is just how a single-varietal bottling of this grape should taste. In spite of the moderate bottle age, there was a lot of freshness in it, and some great red fruit flavors as well. Very well done! 100% Grenache. 5/12/25. — 2 months ago
Fresh, lemon and Mellon. Amazing for 5 years old white wine! — 18 days ago
This is a rosé blend of 68% Granache, 28% Mourvèdre, 3% Vermentino, and 1% Counoise, that delivers a full tradition of Provence with a fruit sourced from the 9 top Tablas Creek Rhône-styled vineyards in Paso Robles AVA. It provides a bright strawberry fruit, a hint of rose petals and lemongrass notes on the nose.
As for the palate, it gets stimulated with an amazing fresh acidity all combined with some soft spices, mandarin peel, fresh apricot, and unripe berries. The mouthfeel has a subtle peachy tones on the mid-range and grapefruit with some light salinity by the back-end. Joyful wine to welcome summer! — 2 months ago

- 38% Viognier 32% Grenache Blanc 22% Marsanne 8% Roussanne. Nose has wet hay, marzipan, fresh and fermented pear, wet limestone. Fairly intense but lovely and balanced in the mouth. A bit of unripe pear fruit, grapefruit zest, loads of stony minerality taking over as the finish progresses, with a nice bitter prickle at the end. Very nice acids. I like this a lot. — 11 days ago
