Scintillating aromas of english peas, confectionary grapes, fresh herbs and minerals. True scene in nature stuff here. Crushed rocks and a meadow after a fresh rain. Gorgeous. Palate is so harmonious and pure with awesome freshness and purity. Razor sharp acidity and a palate staining finish. Some wild mint now on the nose. Juicy, incisive, invigorating and so concentrated. So sapid on the finish and really sticks in your gums with razors and opulence. Just a brilliant Sylvaner. Will be back as it evolves.
